why is minimalism so expensive 😩

Okay, so like, I'm trying to get into the whole minimalist aesthetic, declutter my life, get those ✨clean vibes✨ but why is everything that's 'minimalist' SO DANG EXPENSIVE?! The neutral furniture, the organic cotton sheets, the 'artisanal' storage bins that are literally just plain wood boxes?? My wallet is crying. OMG YES! I thought it was just me. It's like they slap 'minimalist' on a basic white t-shirt and suddenly it's $80. It's giving 'luxury' not 'less is more' and my bank account is not here for it 😤

Fr, but I think the whole point isn't to *buy* minimalist stuff, it's to have *less stuff*. Like, use what you have, get rid of what you don't. The 'aesthetic' part came later from brands trying to make money off of it.
