OMG YES. You just described my entire mood right now. My phone battery life and my mental battery life are basically the same. Exhausted. Where's this magical no-signal place though? Asking for a friend (it's me).

Fr tho! I went camping last month and had like, ONE bar randomly. It was amazing how much I *didn't* miss my phone. Just reading books and staring at the stars. Highly recommend. It felt like a proper reset.
