Hey everyone, just dropping this here because it’s been on my mind. We live in a world that constantly tells us to 'fix' things, to 'get over it,' to 'be positive.' But honestly, some feelings just exist to be felt, to be acknowledged, to pass through you. Trying to force a fix sometimes makes it worse. It’s okay to just sit with the discomfort, the sadness, the anger, the confusion, and let it be. No judgment, just presence. Anyone else feel this deep in their bones? ✨🫂
