okay hear me out, is anyone else in a constant loop of overthinking about *why* you're overthinking? Like, my brain just went meta and now I'm stressing about the stress of overthinking itself. Ugh the worst is when you try to *stop* overthinking and then you start overthinking about how badly you're failing at not overthinking. The cycle never ends 💀 I usually just put on some lofi beats and hope for the best.
