Okay, real talk. Every night I swear *tonight* is the night I'll fix my sleep schedule. I'll get into bed by 10 PM, read a book, no screens, the whole nine yards. And every morning, I'm just... existing on vibes and caffeine, wondering how I ended up doomscrolling till 3 AM *again*.
